FieldPilot provides tools for recording, organizing, and searching farm information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you enter.
Some FieldPilot features require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through the applicable app store or payment provider.
FieldPilot, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by FieldPilot and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the farm records and information you create using FieldPilot. By using the service, you grant FieldPilot permission to process that information as necessary to provide the application's features.
FieldPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of FieldPilot after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
